The Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC 400 Series are based upon superior quality synthetic hydrocarbon (alkylbenzene) base fluids. They are wax free and have been formulated to minimise deposit formation in low temperature parts of refrigeration systems.

Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC 424 meets the ISO VG 32 viscosity classification, Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC 426 meets the ISO VG 68 viscosity classification and Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC 427, the ISO VG 100 viscosity classification.
